Hollow Fiber Membranes

Hollow Fiber Membranes are hundreds or thousands of Hydrophilic PVDF tubes all within one housing. Each tube is porous in nature and allows an outside to inside flow of water while trapping suspended solids on the outside. The tubes are capable of removing suspended solids down to 0.5 microns. The automated backwash cycle makes for a carefree transition from forward flow to backwash cycle and back again. There are only a few minutes of interrupted flow every hour.

Granular Activated Carbon

Bulk GAC or clay systems. Each technology offers unique separation characteristics and can vary in OPEX and CAPEX.

Barrier Filtration

Polishing filtration systems offer a wide range of options. Whether you are looking for screen, cartridges, bag filter, or media system, many different types of equipment are available, many with their own variations. Focusing on solid-liquid filtration, suspended solids are removed from liquid either on the surface (cake filtration) or within the depth of the filter medium.

Reverse Osmosis/Watermakers

Reverse osmosis (RO) is a water purification process that uses a partially permeable membrane to separate ions. In reverse osmosis, an applied pressure (ranging from 200 PSI to 1000 PSI) is used to overcome osmotic pressure. Reverse osmosis can remove many types of dissolved and suspended chemical species as well as biological ones (principally bacteria) from water, and is used in both industrial processes and the production of potable water. The result is that the solute is retained on the pressurized side of the membrane and the pure solvent is allowed to pass to the other side. To be “selective”, this membrane should not allow large molecules or ions through the pores (holes), but should allow smaller components of the solution (such as solvent molecules, e.g., water, H₂O) to pass freely. The product water can range from 70% down to 40% depending on the amount of dissolved solids that you start with. The remaining water is a concentrated waste that must be disposed of. These can be designed for hazardous area applications or locations that are categorized as “non-hazardous” areas.

Pressure Sets

Providing custom-built pressure sets or from stock. They are “hazardous area” classified and range up to 60 US gpm units.

Sumps

Used to collect and treat water from drainage collection tanks, oily water runoff leaking vessels, leaking pipes, rainwater runoff, and general spills. Our tanks come in a range of sizes and configurations to accommodate specific needs.

Chemical Injection Pumps

Designed to be integrated in our one of our filtration and separation systems, our skids help improve well production, pipeline flow, and reduce corrosion.

Bending Manifold

Blending manifolds are a completely automated way to take a high TDS water stream and a freshwater stream and blend them together to get a predetermined TDS water.

Mobile Treatment Systems

Mobile treatment systems are those systems that are easily mobilized to a site. They are designed for long term or short-term applications and can be rental equipment or capital sales. They can also be manned or unmanned systems. Once the project is over, they can be moved to another site or decommissioned.
